Shipping and returns
How we deliver across Bangladesh, and how replacements and returns work.
Delivery coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, including every upazila. Parcels leave our Dhaka warehouse within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days depending on the courier service.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge for inside and outside Dhaka is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
There are no hidden charges when you place an order.
7-day easy replacement guarantee
If your book arrives torn, damaged, with missing pages, or you receive the wrong book, you can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

When returns don't apply
Books that have been read, marked, or folded, or returned for personal reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged. Replacements apply only to defective covers or interior printing errors.
